The updating configs that use a domain name for addressing

20 servers (AU1, CA1, CA2, CH1, CN1, DE1, FR3, GB2, HU1, IN1, IN2, RU1, RU2, RU4, RU5, RU6, UA1, US1, US3, US5) have changed one of several domain name that resolves a server. A part of configs (especially SoftEther) of the servers that use domain addressing (default) have become failed, while IP address-based configurations have remained operational.

Update the domain based configs please and sorry for the inconvience caused.

DE1 migrating and NL1 replacing

DE1 (Germany) was moved from Frankfurt am Main to Falkenstein, NL1 (Netherlands) was replaced by LU2 (Luxembourg). The previous servers DE1 (95.XXX.XXX.215) and NL1 (95.XXX.XXX.158) are still working and will be working some days more, but we recommend to download new configs of the pair.

Also EE1 (Talinn, Estonia) was replaced by LV2 (Riga, Latvia) and now it is paired of SE1 (Stockholm, Sweden).
