US3 (New York, USA) has been moved to another datacenter in New York and the IP was changed. The default configs (connecting by domain) have not been changed. Update the configs which are using IP to connect if you need them.

We have added new DNS server NS3

We have added new DNS server NS3. NS3 is located in Moscow (Russia) and it can be more suitable for the european VPN chains than NS2 (New York, US) as the second name server. NL2 is back. It was got new configs of OpenVPN. Sorry for the inconvenience caused, but it is needed update the configs of NL2. Configs of the chains double-rsa-us2-nl2 and double-ecc-us2-nl2 have not changed.
